Design Service Policies

 
Balcony Banners
 Only Student Organizations and Affiliated Users may reserve the banner display areas. Reservations are made through Outback Jacks, (University Student Union, Room 081).
 
 Banner advertising is limited to DSUA advertising or events, which are open to the campus community. Banners may not be used for the endorsement of political candidates, parties and/or sponsors.
 
 Posters or flyers are not permitted in this location.
 
 Banners must show sponsorship, be no larger than three (3) feet by eight (8) feet, and may not obstruct the air vents or other facility structures.
 
 All banners must meet with quality standards established by the Department of Student Union & Activities, and must be made of fire-retardant material.
 
 All banners must be approved by the Outback Jacks Manager and are only hung by Outback Jacks Attendants.
 
 Banners may be displayed for no longer than seven (7) consecutive days.
 
 Reservations for banner space can be made up to one year in advance however, if the banner orders is not turned in at least ten (10) business days prior to the space reservation, the space will be made available to other users.
 
Exterior Banners
 Two (2) exterior banner positions, located at the southeast and southwest entrances to the University Student Union, may be reserved through Outback Jacks (University Student Union, Room 081).
 
 All interior banner regulations apply plus the following:
 
 Exterior banners are only available to Student Organizations, Affiliated Users, and Conference Groups.
 
 Only one (1) exterior banner may be scheduled per event per group.
 
T-Stands
 T-stands may be reserved though Outback Jacks (University Student Union, Room 081).
 
 All previous banner regulations apply plus the following:
 
 T-stands may only be reserved for 7 consecutive days.
 
 A maximum of two T-stands may be scheduled per event per group.
