* Additional Design Charges
Layout Charges begin at $3.00 per banner on applicable banners and can be as high as $25 per banner. The initial charge is for one to two graphics depending upon their complexity. Additional graphics add in at a cost $3.00 per graphic unless extremely complex. Please consult with the Design Services Coordinator or the Graduate Assistant for USU Operations if you have questions regarding layout charges.
 
Solid Background Color can be done at a cost of $1.50 per foot.

This option is not available for brown paper banners.
 
Rushed Processing Fee All banner orders must be turned in at least ten business days, prior to their due date. Weekends, holidays, and academic breaks must be considered when ordering a banner, as they are not considered business days. All information must be turned in at that time. Partial orders will not be accepted, as the banner cannot be started until all information is provided. If the order is turned in less than ten business days prior to the due date, but can be completed, a Rushed Processing Fee will be assessed. The Fee will be ten (10%) percent per day that the order is late, up to double the original cost of the banner.
 
Exceptions for the Rushed Processing Fee
 
Special Occassions orders must be in five business days in advance. If an order is turned in less than five business days prior to the due date, but can be completed, a fee of five (5%) percent per day that the order is late will be assessed, up to a maximum of twenty-five (25%) percent.
 
Rushed Processing Fees only apply to the cost of the banner and are not applicable to hanging or display rental charges
