Central Reservations office for reserving rooms
for your next event. Appointments can also be
made with the Union staff to discuss special
setups and requests to help insure that your
event is successful and runs smoothly.

Do You Need To Complete a Special
Activity Authorization Form (SAARF) form?
If Student Union and Activities determines
that this event is classified as a "Special
Activity", or if any of the following questions
apply, then a SAARF form must be completed by
the sponsoring organization and submitted.
- Do you anticipate over two hundred
people may be in attendance at your event?
- Will the scheduled event be held
outside?
- Is your event held in Jack's Place, the
Market, the Multipurpose (VBR), the
Prefunction space or the Gallery Lounge?
- Is your event held in the Doner
Auditorium, or the Performing Arts Center
(PAC)?
- Is your organization a recognized SDSU
organization or department?
- Would the event be classified as a
special event, not defined above?

Can I submit a Room Reservation Form?
If you are required to submit a SAARF form,
it must be submitted and have received approval
prior to submitting a reservation request form.
