No Show/Missed Appointment Policy effective July 1, 2008

If you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged $10.00 and will need to reschedule for a future time.  Patients needing to cancel an appointment should call SHCCS at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment or by 8:15 am if an early morning appointment.

The effects of students being late causes other scheduled appointments to be delayed. To remedy this, it is recommended that students arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.
