The SAARF is designed to ensure all groups
become aware of policies governing activities
and complete necessary steps to receive
approval. All signatures are required before the
Director of SUA will approve a SAARF.
SAARF is the “Special Activity Authorization
Request Form”. If any of the following criteria
apply or other “Special Activity” as determined
by the SUA (Student Union and
Activities), the sponsoring organization,
department, or any other entity must complete
and submit a SAARF.
